Boarding and Disembarking
Before traveling, always make sure that your documents, identification card or passport, and your travel ticket are valid.
The name on your ticket must match the name on your identification document.
Foot Passengers
To purchase a ticket, your identification document is required.
Proceed to the boarding point with your identification document and your ticket and follow the signs to the ferry access ramp.
Disembarkation
You should always pay attention to possible onboard announcements, and if traveling with your car, pay special attention to notices about the removal of vehicles from the Ship's garage.
You should carefully follow any recommendations and notices to know when to leave your seat to head to the common areas from which disembarkation begins.
Passengers with Vehicles
Proceed to the port access entrance and present your identification document and boarding ticket.
Instructions are given to the driver regarding procedures to follow when parking your vehicle in the onboard garage.
Luggage
As luggage is considered hand luggage when it does not exceed the requirements to be considered cargo.
Some goods may be considered hand luggage or cargo depending on the volume and type of article being transported.
Cargo luggage is luggage that exceeds the maximum dimensions and volume required for hand luggage referred to in the previous section.
The passenger must present boarding documents and identification documents whenever requested by the ship's officer or by the security and control teams.
Animals must be transported in compartments suitable for animals regardless of their physical size.
Vehicles
Check if the dimensions of the goods are correct.
Make sure your vehicle has all the documents in order. You may be refused boarding on vehicles that do not meet the normal requirements.
Boarding
In addition to the driver's ticket, the vehicle also has its own ticket. Please visit the ticket office to purchase the vehicle ticket.
Loaded vehicles are subject to verification and acceptance of the required conditions. If the cargo does not meet the legal requirements for the volume and weight of the vehicle, boarding may be suspended, except if the person responsible for the cargo adjusts the volume and weight to normal conditions within the boarding deadline.
Disembarkation
Disembarkation is a simple task and you should always be attentive to possible onboard announcements. If traveling with your vehicle, pay special attention to announcements about the removal of vehicles from the Ferry's garage. Whenever possible, you should vacate your accommodations moments before the Ferry arrives at the destination to facilitate security work and optimize vehicle disembarkation time.
The driver must present boarding and identification documents whenever requested by the ship's officer or by the security and control teams.
Cargo
Regulations
Naturally, goods considered hazardous are not allowed within the laws required by safety and passenger and cargo transportation entities, the IMDG, and in accordance with the classification of the IMO (International Maritime Organization).
Goods considered hazardous, for example, industrial or with special authorization provided in writing, must be notified for transportation at least 24 hours before the departure of the trip.
Goods
Entities and traders must consult the international regulations of the International Maritime Code for hazardous cargoes.
Goods that are not in normal trading conditions and cause some additional difficulty are subject to additional costs and taxes if their transportation is approved.
Passengers with cargo must go to the cargo delivery area at least 1 hour before departure to avoid the risk of being prevented from boarding.

- Length of the mobile load
- Special requirements of the cargo
